| Hall | Large Stage, Stage lights, P.A. system, permanently fixed attachment points, high up on the walls and regularly spaced around the hall to attach bunting, etc. Seats 180 at round tables or 250 in Theatre style seating. |
| Extra Cost: Can arrange for hirer to leave with guests at 12 midnight without the clearing hall and putting tables and chairs away. | |
| Bar Contents | Glasses, 2 Coolers, Glass washer, Small freezer for bagged Ice. Can arrange to set–up and run bar by barman and staff at no extra cost. |
| Kitchen Deposits | £50 – if gas and ovens are used. Will be returned after event if kitchen is left as found. |
| Kitchen | Stainless Steel: Range (2 large Ovens & 12 gas rings) 3 Sinks, 2 Large Fridges, Dish washer, Commercial Microwave, Hot cupboard, Chopping boards, 1 large 1 small Urn, Kettle, Crockery & Cutlery. NO saucepans or oven tins. |
